Refund Policy

1. Who we are

EstateLogix is a real estate investment modelling platform operated by Gamrealty (“Gamrealty”, “EstateLogix”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on EstateLogix subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

The guarantee applies to your first payment for a monthly or annual subscription plan. Refunds outside this period may still be granted where required by applicable law or at our reasonable discretion.

3. How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
• Or email us at estatelogix@blockxinvestments.com with your order details and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically a few business days.

4. Renewals and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or through the Paddle customer portal.
• When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• If a renewal was charged unintentionally, contact us or Paddle promptly and we will review the charge in good faith.

5. Plan changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rated basis.
• Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so no refund arises for the current period.
• Enterprise and individually negotiated agreements may set out different refund terms, which take precedence.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right of withdrawal or refund you may have under consumer law in your country. Where local law grants you stronger rights, those rights apply.
